Mr. Gangelhoff has over 20 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer in a variety of industries. He has served high-growth companies establishing infrastructure and refining operations to enable profitable growth. This includes acquisition integration and related capitalization. During his career he has taken two companies through the process of becoming registered with the SEC, from preparing these companies for their initial filings to ongoing quarterly and annual reporting.
For the past five years Jon has been working as an Interim CFO and Interim Controller with companies having revenues between $20 million to $1.5 billion. Areas of focus have been SEC reporting, treasury management, system and process improvement, and budgeting.
