Mr. Curran provides guidance to the company’s management team on strategies and implementation, manages the legal function, and assists in obtaining and overseeing the work of outside legal counsel. Additionally, Mr. Curran is a founder and managing partner of a full-service business boutique law firm headquartered in the Midwest. Prior to that, Mr. Curran practiced with an international firm. With a proactive and creative business sense, Mr. Curran regularly advises financial institutions and private equity ventures around the country. Mr. Curran graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Marquette University and magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School.
